Return policy
Not happy with your received product(s)? That is always possible, and we would like to solve it for you. Orders can be returned in 14 days after the date of arrival. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
Register return
To start a return, you can contact us at info@kokoroskincare.nl or use our contact form. After confirmation you will receive a return notification from us by email. You will receive a return label with further return instructions. The costs for return shippings are at your own expense. For questions you can always contact us at info@kokoroskincare.nl.
Damaged order
In case the product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order ID, product name and pictures of the damaged good(s) so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on items that are used/opened.
Gift cards / on sale items are also non-refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (excluding shipping costs). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
